Our core materials
Our horse trucks are built using sustainable materials wherever possible. This is especially evident in the construction. The frames and exterior panels of our horse trucks are primarily made from stainless steel and aluminum. Stainless steel provides a solid foundation thanks to its exceptional strength and wear resistance. It has an almost endless lifespan and is also 100% recyclable, making it both durable and environmentally friendly.
Aluminum is known as one of the most sustainable building materials—not only because it is 95% recyclable, but also due to its excellent workability, which is especially important to us. Aluminum allows for efficient pre-processing, enabling us to prepare components in advance with features like pre-drilled holes and click systems. This reduces the need for additional machining during assembly. In doing so, we aim to minimize CO₂ emissions throughout the production process. Its lightweight nature also plays a role in sustainability. Large quantities of aluminum can be transported at once, and this efficiency is a key factor in our procurement strategy.
Truck power supply
Many of our trucks feature a living area in addition to the horse compartment. The living space is fully customized to the client’s preferences, and when it comes to materials, the range of sustainable options continues to grow. For example, customers can choose recycled wall coverings or eco-leather. Of course, all materials used are of premium quality, which also contributes to a longer lifespan.
